Immersive Somatic Sessions

“I have noticed an unexpected shift since our last meeting. I have been more focused in general and I have been more productive in my family life. I feel more clear, more intentional with my conversations, and grounded for prolonged periods of time. I’m not overthinking the same either. I’m so grateful for your guidance, teaching & mentoring. I haven’t felt this calm in a long time.” — Mary

Immersive Somatic Sessions are a different experience from bodywork.

Somatic means the cells of the body — and these sessions are about learning to communicate with those cells, as if each one has its own intelligence. This is body centered work that creates space for pent up tension — physical and emotional — to release.
Each session begins with a simple questionnaire that guides our conversation, making the work deeply collaborative. Together we focus on a recurring pattern in your physical and emotional body — something that keeps showing up, asking to be heard.
You may wonder what the difference is between bodywork and somatic work. In a bodywork session we focus on giving the body physical relief. In a somatic session we go deeper — into the conversation between mind and body, creating space for whole person relief. The outcome of both is profound. The journey is different.
These sessions are designed to give your brain and body the space to connect deeply — at the pace that’s right for you.
