Hands that Listen
My hands don't just work on your body—they listen to it.
A lifetime of listening and thousands of hours of genuine connection with clients taught me something no training could: the body always knows what it needs. My job is simply to pay attention.
When you’re on my table, I’m completely present with you. Reading what your body is holding, where it’s bracing, and what it’s ready to release. Pain is rarely just physical — your shoulders may carry years of responsibility, your hips may hold old grief, your jaw may clench with words never spoken. I work with all of it.
Every session is a collaboration. You bring your body’s wisdom. I bring my hands, my presence, and a lifetime of listening.
The Sacred Nature of This Work
Touch is sacred. It requires trust, vulnerability, and presence from both of us. When you allow me to work with your body, you're offering access to your most authentic self—the self that can't lie or pretend, that simply is.
I don't take that lightly. Every session is a collaboration between your body's innate wisdom, your healing intentions, and my commitment to serving your highest good. This is partnership, not prescription.
Yes, I'm trained in medical massage, deep tissue, cranial sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and many other modalities. But this work goes beyond any single technique.
It's an integration of professional expertise with intuitive listening, clinical precision with compassionate presence.
Some clients call it intuitive bodywork. Others call it life-changing. I call it what happens when we create space for your body to remember what wholeness feels like.
Beyond Technique
I work with people who value a personalized, attentive approach to bodywork and healing.
I've worked with bodies in crisis and bodies in celebration, bodies healing from trauma and bodies simply asking for rest.
What unites my clients is not their condition or their activity level, but their willingness to be present with what is, and trust in their body to know how to heal when given the right support.
Who I Work With
How I Work With You
We work together to discover what feels right for your body that day, whether that’s deep tissue, light pressure, Cupping, Gua Sha, gentle cranial sacral therapy, lymphatic release, Myofascial release, and especially Fascia Release as in many cases, that’s the root and often the place to begin.
Your session adapts to whatever you choose for me to focus on, not to a predetermined menu. My work is about creating more ease and flow in your movement.
Ask about our combined Bodywork and Buccal Facial package — available for those who want to experience both in one visit.

Your session will draw on whatever serves you best that day.
Questions
-
You're welcomed into a safe, sanctuary bodywork space where you'll meet Molly, my hypoallergenic Havanese companion. We'll sit together while you complete your medical history, then have an unhurried conversation about what brought you here. I listen deeply, and together we design your session. This is your experience, collaboratively crafted.

Yes. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or dealing with acute pain, I adapt my approach to what your body needs.
-
Massage relaxes. Bodywork transforms. I'm trained in multiple modalities and use them fluidly based on what your system requires, not a predetermined protocol. This is therapeutic work with intention.
-
Wear whatever allows you to feel comfortable and present. Most sessions involve some undressing, though you'll be draped and covered. We work with what feels right for your body.
-
That depends on what you're working with. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions during acute phases, others find monthly maintenance sufficient. We'll figure out what serves you best.
-
To some degree I think this happens for many clients before a relationship has been established. We are getting to know each other. I work slowly and with your consent. I ask significant questions as I am working on you. Your feedback is invaluable, and it allows me to know you and your body better. As your comfort increases, you will rebuild trust with your body. Many of my client’s tell me they love being educated about how their body performs best for them.
