Bobbie Jonas

Columnist, Writer, Author & Speaker

My work began with a deep fascination for the mind—and how we can come to believe our thoughts, stories and assumptions are true. That curiosity eventually led me to the body, listening with my hands, and back again to the mind through writing, discernment and conversation. Today, I bring these threads together in my columns, writing, book and speaking—with humour, curiosity, and a willingness to question what we think we know

“…Even in her first column, that final paragraph is pure gold.”

Those that find their way here arrive with a wide range of emotions. That's part of starting this work.

In time, something settles. We go deeper. And then — and I know how this sounds — there it is. That moment of coming up for air into something that can only be described as mystical.

That mystical moment comes from surrendering — from preferences finally falling into alignment with the self. And when that happens, life begins to feel less like a struggle and more like an easy, kind, and generous conversation. I wonder how it could get any better than this?

It all begins with a complimentary conversation — and a cuppa. In essence, you lead the way — even when you're not sure where you're going. And I am flying the plane. The destination may look different than what you imagined.

We each arrive in this world carrying an energetic thread — something that, when we learn to listen for it, leads us back to ourselves. Following that thread, and helping others find theirs, has been my life's work. This isn't a methodology I learned. It's a way of being I've inhabited and lived from the inside out.

Come sit with me. Bring whatever's spinning. We'll sort it — and probably laugh a bit too.

Your Face Has Been Waiting for You

Your face holds stories the same way your body does.

Every emotion you’ve swallowed, every word left unsaid, every held breath — it all lives in the fascia and muscles of your face. When we release what’s been held, faces don’t just relax. They transform.

What I’ve Seen This Work Do

I’ve worked with clients after mini-strokes who regained tongue mobility they thought was gone. Chronic TMJ pain has eased. Headaches and migraines become less frequent or disappear completely and also, a restructuring of the face, almost as if they had a facelift.

This isn’t magic. This is what happens when we address the actual tissue holding the patterns.

What sessions feel like

  • Gentle, deep work that unwinds long-held tension

  • Fascinating awareness of where you’ve been holding stress

  • Results that build as the tissue reorganizes

  • A nervous system that learns a new pattern of ease

Ready to meet the face that’s been waiting underneath the tension?

Let’s talk about what you’re experiencing and whether this work is right for you.
