Starting Over, One Body Part at a Time
There's a particular feeling that shows up sometimes, a wanting to start fresh.
Maybe it's a new season, the light changing, the air shifting in a way you feel before you can name it.
Maybe it's a Monday, or a birthday, or nothing in particular at all, just a quiet sense that something wants to move.
We tend to think of a reset as a big thing. New routine, new diet, new everything, the sort of plan that requires a colour-coded spreadsheet and lasts roughly until Wednesday.
But what if it started smaller than that? What if it started with one part of your body, the one that's been asking for attention longest, the one you've gotten so used to ignoring you almost forgot it was talking?
A reset doesn't have to mean starting over completely. Sometimes it just means starting to listen again, to the season, to one place in the body, to one small signal at a time, the way your nervous system quietly asks to be grounded when everything feels like a lot.
What does this particular shift in the air feel like in your body? What would it feel like to give just your shoulders a fresh start this week? Or your breath? Or the way you sit at your desk?
You don't have to overhaul your whole life to begin again.
You just have to begin, somewhere small, somewhere honest. So, where would you begin?
